Hi, I am Tanya Aliki, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. If you are looking for a therapist who will understand where you are in your journey and will guide you to where you would like to be; I would like to help. My goal is for you to live a powerful and intentional life filled with possibilities. In our sessions, you will develop the skills needed to understand yourself better, make changes, and find solutions. In 2005, I completed my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in Washington. I have spent the last 14 years helping individuals, couples and families rewrite their stories and my hope is to help you rewrite yours. If you are serving or have served in the military or you are a military spouse, I understand the demands. As a military spouse, I know the rigors of PCS moves, deployments, and the steady stream of changes military families endure. I am here to help you through any emotional challenges that may come with the military experience. If you or a loved one is battling substance abuse or relapse, I can help them to create a new narrative, new beliefs about their lives and new patterns that will improve their relationship with themselves and others. Addiction and life stressors put heavy strains on relationships. I have experienced success with couples in constrained relationships, using proven scientific evidence based therapies to reconnect, reawaken and relearn healthy communicative language and strategies that reignite and remind couples of their Why! After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session.
